Seedhead

Well I said that I would challenge myself to use my 50mm lens for a week so here goes for the second day. This was taken down Wood Lane when I went for a walk this morning. I thought as the sun was shining I might get some good landscapes but I wasn't really happy with any of them as nothing looked really interesting. How I missed Big Bertha! I did get a couple of shots of a robin in the brambles and a great tit on the feeder at home but they were very average after the cropping!

Thanks for all your kind comments and Favs and for following my project.
Love how it stands out against the blue sky. Fav

This one came out quite nicely - I'm still struggling with the 50mm - can't really work out what works best for it - like some I've taken with it - but other times sure want that zoom like you said. Works quite well here.
