I went for a walk around the village this afternoon as I am running out of ideas of what to take with my nifty fifty! I thought I would take a few pics of the thatched cottages but actually only took a couple. I mostly took pics of the leaves and flowers. I did get talking to someone in a bungalow along the main road as they were doing their garden and it always looks so lovely. I discovered that they moved to our village from about 8 miles away 5 years ago. Like me, they said that they love the birds and have various feeders decked around.
However, getting back to this one, I posted this because I liked the natural framing of the tree around this. It is just down the road a short distance from where I live.
I'm off to Camera Club tonight so will have to catch up with you all later. Thanks for all your kind comments and Favs. I shall be truly glad to get my long lens back on!
I've just realised that the date is wrong on my camera - it says 2013 but I think this must have happened when I remembered to change the time due to British Summertime ending!
