This is a filler today as I went out into the garden as soon as I got home from work and helped Steve collect up a load of leaves. It is predicted to rain tomorrow so we wanted to get the bulk of them up as they are so heavy to work with when they are wet. I wish we had counted how many builders bags we have taken to get rid of them. I expect that we shall finish completely by Christmas! Actually, there aren't that many left now as they have fallen quite quickly this year despite not having a lot of frosts.
This little blue tit was waiting his turn on the feeder at the RSPB the other day. I love blue tits as they are such sweet colourful little birds. I did take some shots today but I'm not really happy with them as the light was really poor due to it being a miserable grey day!
Thanks for all your kind comments and Favs and for following my project.
Great shot of this sweet little blue-tit. We really need to get out and clear up some more of the leaves outside although there still seem to be quite a few on the lime tree to come down!!
He's a beauty! Good work on the leaves - I did finally get some out of the front garden today (not our tree, a street one, but all the leaves have blown in our direction!) and I replanted the window box - cold weather definitely makes you work faster.
