It has been cold and grey today with the odd spot of rain so as I needed diesel for my car, I decided to go to RSPB before going to Sainsbury's Garage to fill up. I think the light was so poor that a lot of my shots were rubbish as I didn't check them as I went along. I've just realised that I had my shutter speed at 1/1000 as I was taking photos of birds in flight yesterday. (Silly me) Shame because I saw all sorts of contretemps! First there was a male mallard who came along and wanted to steal a female from his mate so they decided to have a bit of a fight before flying off. Then the rabbits decided that they weren't happy with each other and had a go. Of course it is spring so I expect they were fighting over a woman!!
Anyway, this little blue tit landed on a twig in front of me at the hide so I got a shot of him. I really do like little blue tits and I'm still waiting for them to build a nest in my camera box.
Thanks for all your kind comments and Favs - it is always much appreciated.
