After the eclipse, the clouds disappeared into a lovely sunny spring day and I decided to venture out to Wood Lane. My foot is slowly improving as I have rested it and have been using Ibuprofen gel on it so I don't want to push it too hard. However, I was pleased that I walked a little way down the lane as I saw this lovely butterfly and he was very cooperative and landed in the undergrowth and posed in the sunshine. It is really heartening to see butterflies as it does herald some good weather at last.

Lovely shot, glad to see the Butterflies are beginning to stir. I have not seen any yet this year which is quite unusual, for the middle of March. Seen a fair few Bees, but there is still no Frog Spawn in the pond which also seems late.
