This hanging basket minus any plants always fills up with water when it rains so Squizzer and the birds take advantage of this to have a drink.
I've got to start work at 12 o'clock today so I'm posting early. I hate working 12 til 4pm as it mucks up the whole day for me but I've got a meeting with an Organiser Group of the Wixams Good Neighbour Group and the people who have formed this group can only make a Friday afternoon. Probably this is because they have finished work for the week but it means that my week finishes on Friday rather than Thursday. I think the next meeting they won't need my input and I will encourage them to get on with it while I provide email support. At least it's not an evening meeting like the one I have to attend on Monday for the initial meeting of the Haynes Good Neighbour Group where I have managed to secure 38 volunteers.
Thanks for all your kind comments and Favs - I'm sorry that I haven't been responding as much as I should due to work commitments, etc. Only 1 week to go before I'm off to Bavaria - yippee!
