I'm pleased that the goldfinches have returned to the garden as regular visitors although it's funny that they are not eating the nyjer seed. However, they are happily munching on the sunflower seeds and I am having to fill the feeders every day! I have to watch the squirrels as the little blighters keep stealing the seeds instead of munching on the nuts in their feeder.
I have been into work today and told them that I am going to reduce my hours to 10 a week (just 2 x 5hr days) which means that I shall have a bit more time from the end of June. I shall just do my Village Agent job and I feel relieved that I have done this.
