Female Pheasant

There were 2 female pheasants in Beauty's field this morning and this is one of them that was trying to hide from me but I got a few shots.

It is a lovely sunny crisp winter morning so I walked all the way up the hill to Sheerhatch Woods and it was lovely going up as the wind was behind me but coming down was a different matter.
