They all like the new feeder

Although the collared doves are a bit heavy and tend to make the feeder a bit lopsided, they have now got used to the new feeder and when the siskins are not feeding, the collared doves seem to be enjoying finch seed. I think they are such gentle little birds with such sweet faces. Best on black if you have the time.
Lovely capture, we have two nesting in our clematis Montana, I call them Bill and Coo!!

I find the doves and pigeons a bit annoying on the feeders as the small birds won't come in. Great detail in your capture.

A sweet capture -- the doves are so sweet

It's funny how they favour one feeder over another. I have one which they love and one which hardly gets touched, even if the other one is empty!

Lovely capture. The collared doves here have to wait at the end of the queue when the lorikeets are around.

Lovely close-up and the bird feeder look great. I agree with you the Pigeons are timid birds and they wait for the other birds to leave.
