Oy I was here first!

This young starling was trying to get on the sundial where the food was waiting but the blackbird wasn't having any of it! However, he soon flew off when this youngsters mates arrived!

I've been sitting out in the garden this morning while it has been sunny as rain is forecast for later so I try to get out there while I can. Only 3 weeks to go before I'm back at the hospital to see whether everything has healed and I jolly well hope it will have as I am counting the days to when I can hopefully throw away the crutches and start driving again!
