A friend phoned this morning to tell me that there was an event at our local farm shop - Franklyn's and they had piglets, etc. so I just had to go and take my camera. This little piggy is 2.5 weeks old and is part of a litter of 7. Another sow had 15 piglets, 2 of which she laid on (silly Mum!) so now there are 13 and they are 6 weeks old. I love little piggies and I couldn't help thinking about the bacon I was about to eat for my lunch! They are just so sweet that it seems awful to eat them but I just had to put that out of my mind when I tasted the lovely bacon!
