I popped into Priory Country Park on the way to do the food shopping and was pleased that I had. First I saw a kestrel seconds after I had stepped out of my car and then I saw this heron. First I saw him standing in the lake fishing and then a couple came along with 2 dogs who chased him off. However, I wasn't cross as it enabled me to get some shots of him flying. Then as I walked back I took some photos of a little bird fluttering in the trees and didn't know what it was until I got it on the PC. I was pleased to see that it was a little goldcrest.
