After serving lunch to 4 friends who I met in 1979, I decided to go for a walk along Wood Lane after clearing the kitchen up. I saw this little rabbit in what used to be Beauty's field and when he saw me, he ran all the way across the field. Good new today is that I have seen a wren going in and out of a nest box we have on the back garage and I had forgotten that it was there so we actually have 6 nest boxes!
Terrible news on TV at the moment that there has been a terrorist attack outside the Palace of Westminster - what a terrible world we now live in!

How is it possible that some people can't look around and see the beauty in everything. How tragic for them, too, that they lack the ability. I think they need an island where there can all just be together...Guantanamo, perhaps! (That sentence began to write itself!)
