The weather here is awful today and we have just had a massive storm with torrential rain and thunder and lightning that was very close. I took this shot of Mr Blackbird before mayhem broke out and wonder where he sheltered to keep himself dry.
It looks like he was watching for the storm! I went down to the lower deck, off the lake, to water our tomatoes and it was utter havoc! Apparently we had gale force winds last night, and our poor plants got the brunt of it. Hoping that with the broken branches removed, all plants righted again, some water, and a calm night, they are looking happier in the morning.
