This is a filler from the other day as I have been shopping and I haven't picked up my camera today because I have got a bad back. I have been lifting Steve's band gear into his van for him because he's got a bad back and now it has aggravated mine! I had an operation for a prolapsed disc in 2001 which left me with permanent nerve damage as I was left far too long so it's always been a problem. I could just do without it screaming at me at the moment!
