I didn't get a chance to post anything yesterday as my son came to see me in the morning bringing me some lovely tulips, wine and a nice card and we went to my daughter's for dinner and she gave me a lovely bouquet of roses. I really am a lucky girl to have such lovely children who give me lovely cards and presents for Mothering Sunday.
A quick walk along Wood Lane netted this pic of plum blossom and I shall be pleased to pick some lovely cherry plums in the summer. Last year I picked a lot and put some in the freezer and I think I might just have one bag left so I shall have to take them out and cook them.
