I saw these little chaps at Priory Country Park this morning. I think it has been a good breeding season for the herons as I saw 5 youngsters, 2 on this nest, 1 on another nest and 2 standing at the edge of the Finger Lakes. I also saw one flying over the main lake and will post some shots in my other album.
