I have walked nearly 4 miles this morning and I met this lovely dog on the way. I followed the river Great Ouse and then walked through Bulge Wood before catching up with the river again. Then I walked round the path that goes between 2 lakes before coming back through the village. I probably haven't walked this route for 2 years and I had intended having a rest on a bench near the lakes but 2 little children beat me to it!
After sitting down to look at my photos on the laptop, when I got up my right leg had stiffened up and it felt as though it was going to let me down so my legs have definitely been put through their paces today. I shall now have a rest before getting the lunch.

i know that feeling of my right leg being unable to support me after sitting down for a while. All too well. Sounds like a good walk though. Lovely capture of Flossy - looks like a happy dog.
