Grazing by rosiekind

Grazing

I had a quick walk up to the field opposite the shop as I had been clearing leaves and felt worn out! I rather liked the rug this pony had on to keep him warm now that the weather has changed.

This morning we had been to St Neots and had to take a detour to avoid a huge line of traffic as the A421 was closed on both carriageways due to an accident at 8.30 this morning. In fact it's still closed now at 5 o'clock. A lorry, van and a car had crashed and there were 3 fire engines, an ambulance and the Police in attendance as one of the vehicles had caught fire. We could see this from a road that we had taken and there are loads of stationary vehicles that must have been there all day. How frustrating is that! Apparently there were multiple casualties so it must have been awful. We are always pleased when we get home safely. At the moment traffic is being redirected through our village so it is very busy.

Thank you for getting both of yesterday's photos on PP and for all your kind comments and Favs. It is always much appreciated.
