After a busy morning doing the food shop, I spent the rest of the morning making granola. I make enough to last about a month and I got the recipe from a chef in Kenya when I went on safari in the Massa Mara. I have been eating this every day for breakfast since 2019 and I never get tired of it because it's so tasty and healthy too.
