It was nice to get a few shots of this long tailed tit that I saw in Wood Lane. I have had a lovely walk and saw lots of lovely birds and it has boosted me up being able to walk all the way past Hill Farm which is quite a way away from my house. I got some amazing photos of kestrels that are not actually that good but amazing to see 2 together and I will post a photo in my Bits & Bobs album.,
I had an appointment at the Doctors to discuss my recent blood tests because I couldn't understand the Doctor who phoned me and it sounded quite serious. Anyway, I saw an English Doctor who actually lives 3 doors away from me and he was lovely explaining everything to me. Thankfully there is no real problem with my kidneys which the other Doctor had implied and he also gave me some good advice regarding my sugar levels which are bordering on Type 2 Diabetes. It was reassuring to sit down and talk to him.
