I saw this yesterday when I was driving home and so went to work a few minutes early this morning so that I could stop and take a photo. There were actually 2 witches - one either side of the door but a 4x4 was parked between them so I had to crop the back end of it out which was a bit of a shame. It did make me smile though to see someone getting into the spirit of halloween.
