This was taken through someone's garden gate in Wood Lane. I'm late posting today as friends called round tonight and we were a bit late with dinner. I cannot understand why anyone would want to shoot such a lovely bird! I don't consider it sport at all to breed birds who take a lot of getting off the ground, only to shoot them when silly men frighten them from their fields.
