This swan was having a nice sleep on one of the Finger Lakes at Priory Country Park but after I took a couple of shots, he woke up and decided to swim away. What a shame humans have to disturb him! These were taken today but I haven't had a lot of time as it's shopping day and I needed to get to the market to get some lovely free range eggs before I went into Sainsbury's. It seems that I get later as they are always packing up by the time I arrive but they never seem to mind. I'm later these days because I only work 4 days instead of 5 and therefore have to cram more hours into less days!
