Dave took us to Bateman's which is the home where Rudyard Kipling lived. It was here that my battery died and so I had to resort to using my phone camera after that. It will teach me to either take my DSLR because the battery lasts so much longer even if the spare is not charged up!
The phone camera makes a great backup. This is a great painting, it really teaches a good lesson on the use of light. Even though it's a painting they have used the light brilliantly.
