I've often posted pics of yellowhammers as they seem to like living down Wood Lane and this little fellow posed among the brambles for me today. It was very cold and the wind blows across the fields where the lane opens out so I felt sorry for the poor little birds who were looking for their last meal before bedtime. I saw lots of different birds, including robins, fieldfare, great, blue and long tailed tits and a thrush which I will post in my Even more album
