He really looks as though he's watching me. We have a naughty badger visiting us every night at the moment and he's been doing a lot of damage in the garden. Initially it was just the odd plant that he had dug up but today we have found that he has been digging in my herb pots and other pots as well as the vegetable patch so we have had to put some fencing up as we know where he gets through. We like to have an open plan garden and don't have fences across the front so unfortunately we are open to all sorts of visitors including a fox who we haven't seen lately. I like little animals to visit but I don't want them digging up my potatoes when I plant them as they will soon be planted. I need to wait to see whether our temporary fencing stops him before I dare put them in. Naughty Brock!!!
Lovely shot, Rosie. I must admit if I had a Badger visiting the garden, I think I would just let him get on with it, but I would hide and wait to try and get a shot of him.
Wonderfully clear shot Rosie. I don't think you should stop the badgers coming into your garden until you've got a photo. I'm desperate to get a photo of a badger in my garden as I'm hoping to do a photo book of birds and other wildlife in the garden.
Sounds like you have lots of wild life around you Rosie....I have mixed feelings on the badger & fix population so I dont want either of them in my garden specially the fox! Now Mr Blackbird is very welcome , my favourite bird I think!
