This poor blackbird was desperately trying to have a drink out of the birdbath outside the kitchen window. Because it has been sunny, it had almost dried up completely. I went out and filled it up but I didn't worry too much as the other 2 birdbaths had plenty of water in them.
Lovely details. There are days here where it is difficult to keep the birdbaths topped up, as fast as you fill them the birds come to bath and splash like mad.
