This was taken yesterday after I had posted my pics but I thought I would post it today as I don't often manage to get a blackbird in full song. What a song it was too!
I must go down and vote now as in Bedford we have the most elections in the country as we have borough elections, electing a new Mayor as well as a referendum on whether we would be willing to pay a bit more council tax in order to have more police. I am definitely in favour of this as we now have more criminals around the town and I'm glad I live in a village but I still have to go to town.
We had three to vote on today....quite a job as we never knew the names of most of them! Lovely blackbird....I voted for him in the National birbird vote. So black, he looks wonderful!
