Rescued

We have 2 Busy Lizzies in our conservatory which were rescued from a shop that was closing down in St Neots. They looked very droopy and not at all well but with a bit of TLC, they now look like this and they are a pleasure to have. They do need a lot of water and have to be watered twice a day but it is well worth it to enjoy their beauty. We also have a standard rose which is still in its pot outside our front door which they were going to put in the bin. I'm so glad we have rescued these plants as they have given us such a lot of colour. I think that if you take care of something, it will reward you. I think you will probably agree.
Those are beautiful, with such a pretty shape and color ...so glad that you rescued them!

I love these flowers. I buy them for my baskets because if you forget to water them they bounce right back. I know because I do this a few times each summer.

Fantastic rescue job. Busy Lizzies are such popular pot plants in the UK and we used to have quite a few when we lived there. They brighten up a room beautifully.
