Very cute picture! I have learned they aren't too fond of safflower seed. Now I put the sunflower seed high up on a post where they can't get it and have safflower in the other feeder.
Your welcome. I should mention ... safflower seeds cost a bit more here ... BUT ... since the squirrels aren't gobbling them up, we actually spend a bit less. Cardinals, Blue Jays and the smaller birds seem to like the safflower seed just fine.
