Mrs Thrush by rosiekind

Mrs Thrush

She was sorting through the leaves for grubs. It is nice to see her back as she hasn't been around the garden much lately. I think that the hedgerows have had so much fruit and berries for the birds that they have been busy out there. We have a grape vine that hangs over the bay window in the kitchen and the blackbirds have been helping themselves. The grapes are very small and have seeds so they are not suitable to eat but I bet they would make good wine if I could only bother to do so. We have had a good amount on this vine but the other vines we have haven't produced anything so I'm not sure why.
Fabulous capture.
