From a blackbird to a white bird. This is Bas for anyone who hasn't seen him on here before. He is a lovely cuddly cockatoo and has such a lovely nature. He NEVER pecks with that big beak even if he doesn't like what you are doing to him, he just pushes you away. He's the bird that comes to bed with us every morning. I go down and make the coffee and he sits on my shoulder while I take it upstairs and then he snuggles under the covers. He's not like a bird at all and I think he thinks he's a human because he sits and eats his breakfast with us too. He loves sunflower seeds, grapes and bananas but he won't eat anything else. It doesn't seem to matter because he's as fit as a fiddle! He's thoroughly spoiled but he's so lovely and as soon as he sees one of our cars drive up, he shouts to get us to go and see him.
