I have been and cleaned and refilled all the birdbaths as they won't be done for a while when I am on crutches! All the feeders have been filled but they are emptying them nearly every day so I think the birds might think I have abandoned them! Hopefully, they won't abandon me and still visit.
Birds worryingly do go off folks if you stop feeding them for a while. We have to woo them back again when we come back from our long trip abroad. Hopefully you will not be out of action too long or someone will fill your tables up for you. Will have to get your chair up to the window & long lens ready.....hope all goes well!
