Despite losing my 11 little blue tits a while ago, it seems that the young blue tits are doing alright as there were 5 of them on the suet balls at lunchtime. I love these little birds as they are so delicate and small.
@shepherdmanswife My camera nest box had 11 chicks and I watched them hatch but when I was away in Chicago they all died and I think it was more likely that the adults were predated than the fact it had been cold here because the nest was so warm and cosy
