I am trying out some new suet balls as the ones from RSPB are just being eaten far too quickly and they make a lot of mess too! Mrs Woody seemed to like them and lots of other birds have been eating them too so hopefully, I've got the right ones that cost a little less and don't make so much mess.
We have some cheap ones, but only the blackbirds can be bothered with them, and only if they are on the ground. It must be a costly business for you to keep all these wonderful birds that visit your garden, well fed. They are most fortunate.
