I only went out walking for about 40 minutes today as I knew it was going to pour with rain just by looking at how the sky was changing. I was so cross when I came home from work as a colleague (who for some reason always seems to get her own way!) is insisting that I add more to my diary which is shared on google docs as all the other Village Agents work from home. The reason why I am based in the office is because I used to do another job which was based in the office but when funding cuts came about, I changed my role to working as a village agent but also I work for another project as well which means I need to be office based. I think she's jealous of this but I already complete an on line office diary for the office as well as completing the one for the agents but she now wants me to put whether I am in or out of office when I do my Central Beds work (what it's got to do with her I don't know!) I already leave an out of office message on my office email account so I said to my new manager, I will spend more time writing about what I do and won't have time to do the job! I was furious when I came home so a walk was ESSENTIAL today! I've calmed down now though now that I've taken some pics and enjoyed the fresh air!
Rosie, the pic is very evocative and I'm reaching for my umbrella. You were obviously feeling stormy earlier and it's good you could 'let it out' on 365.
@quietpurplehaze@sabanford@gphelps5@jdcamdoc@carolmw@kimcrisp Thanks everyone for your kind words. I've made a decision as to how I'm going to put an end to this as I'm just not going to be harrassed any longer! The sky is definitely how I felt this afternoon but I now feel better as I'm going to sort things out on Monday
Oh Rosie, so sorry to hear about your hassle in the office - not my colleague was it? Huge hugs! Love the picture - almost looks like an oil painting - beautiful.
@ellyukrm I'm afraid it is another Village Agent but I've had a word with Janet and I've got a meeting with Justine tomorrow so I hope it will get sorted out but I'm just not prepared to be bullied any longer! That I'm afraid is how it feels and I really love my job but don't need to have all this hassle! At least my clients appreciate what I do for them so that is what makes it all worth while!
There's never an excuse for bullying, from anyone, anywhere - good for you for standing up and if you need a shoulder or someone else to talk to, I'm always there, just shout. I was bullied for years, right up until a few years ago - that's changed now and I won't stand for it from friends, acquaintances or family!
You is my photo buddy and I'll be seriously miffed if someone upsets you.
