The sky really was this blue today. It has been a lovely day with bright sunshine and puffy little clouds in the sky - typical high pressure weather. It felt great to be alive as I went out for my walk and I saw this blackbird on a chimney pot just before I got home. I got through nearly 2 batteries in my camera so it's now on charge. That is the one disadvantage with my camera that it has to be plugged in to charge so even when I've got my spare battery to charge, I cannot use the camera. I usually try to charge them up in the evenings but they take about 4 hours to charge each one. It's a menace!
