I dug my first new potatoes yesterday and they tasted absolutely delicious! I grew Lady Christl this year a variety I have not tried before and the description said that they were a firm creamy potato and that is a brilliant description. Last year I grew Sharps Express and they turned to mush when boiled so I had to use them for chips and things. I am pleased with the ones I've grown this year so it has been well worth the hard work!
