The chestnut mare

The RSPCA Inspector made some recommendations about the fact that this mare needs to see a vet as she has foot rot and I'm not surprised as anyone following me since last Christmas will know that I called them on Christmas Day because she was standing in a field of water nearly knee deep as the field was flooded. I think she looks so thin and they should feed her properly. Nobody should have animals if they cannot look after them properly. The owner does visit each day but doesn't seem to have much idea. Over Christmas she hadn't been there for a couple of days!

She looks in such a bad shape, you should report her again, the owner is guilty of neglecting her and the horse should be taking away from them, that's cruelty to animals

@carolmw @trenaspics @yonnie @lucypics @lynnb @chris17 @khirsch The RSPCA Inspector will be back to see her and note any treatment they have obtained for her. No doubt if the owners don't take appropriate action, they will take it further. I will wait and see!
