This is Claire my lovely daughter who they think might have MS with her son Dylan who is 10. She has her scan on Wednesday and I sincerely hope she is OK. She's a wonderful daughter and I pray that they are mistaken with what the Neurologist thinks is wrong with her
Having a diagnosis means they know what it is and can treat as appropriate. MS can be a cruel disease but my best friend who was diagnosed when her youngest was a baby thirty plus years ago hasn't let it stop her having a good, fulfilled life. MS is a life sentence but not a death sentence. That doesn't mean I don't feel your anguish for your daughter but if the tests go the wrong way for your baby she will need you support to know that she still can have a good life. A x
