Lovely to see this family riding their bikes up Wood Lane as it's something that you don't see so much of these days. When I was a child, my parents used to come out on their bikes with us and we would cycle to some lovely villages and have tea in little cafes and tea rooms which of course don't survive these day as children seem to prefer McDonalds, etc. This brought back some happy memories for me.
Lovely capture. Yes, you've evoked a good memory for me too. I used to go out with my parents on their bikes. Before we had our own bikes, it was me on a seat on my dad's crossbar and my brother on a seat on the back of mum's bike.
Lovely composition, when our girls were younger, we would regularly load the bikes on the car rack & then take our 2 girls cycling around Grafton Water (all 8 miles) ...... super family memories.
