Swallow

We spent a bit of time trying to capture the swallows in flight but it is very difficult. This is probably one of the better ones although not great. They dart about so quickly. There were house martins flying about too and it is lovely to see them before they tackle their long journey to Africa. This is not a patch on the photo I posted the other day when at least one of the swallows was perched on the wire with the other one taking off but you can't win them all
