Wren in hiding

The wrens always seem to flit away so quickly and this one thought he would hide from me but I still managed to get a shot even though there are bits of grass in front of him.

I would love to see a wren, so small & dainty but we never seem to see them on or around the bird table.

@happypat No I never see them near the bird table although I have seen them in the undergrowth in the garden but I saw this one near the brook
