Amazing action shot! Fave. A few weeks ago I saw a Hawk attacked by a Magpie. But of course I didn't have my camera :(

Hawks often kill crow babies or steal their eggs. The crows try to scare them off. It happens in our yard all the time.

Fav - love the way they seem to 'hang' in the air. Well spotted and captured, Rosie.

Seen crows lots of times mob Buzzards but never really seen the Buzzard turn on the crow. They seem to just get annoyed and fly off.

You've captured this so well - I haven't heard of it happening before but I'd be interested to read any comments.

I saw crows seeing off a sparrow hawk high in the sky, earlier in the year. Birds will take on anything if they threaten their young. Great capture
