This is the poinsettia that my very good friend Pam bought for me last year when I had just had my eye operation. Throughout the summer the leaves had all been green but now the red leaves are appearing in readiness for Christmas. How does the plant know when to change the colour as it is in the conservatory. I think Pam managed to kill several that she bought for herself so I think it must be the way I talk to mine!
OMG! I can’t believe you still have this plant and that it is turning red! You really have green fingers! Barb’s friend Sue popped by this morning with a poinsettia and I jokingly said here’s another one for me to kill! Your conservatory must be perfect for growing them!
