Kilroy

I usually draw this cartoon character for my wife with it saying something. I decided to make one. I believe it is a figure that came about during WW2, but not sure maybe someone out there will/can shed some light on it, if so, thanks.

awe! He sure comes alive, when he is taken off of paper, and made in a 3D perspective! I love it!
