Bones of Croydon

Apologies for today's macabre contribution! This skeleton was dug up in a Croydon family's front garden in 2014 during some building work. The police were called, and the remains were sent to Florida for carbon testing. The bones were found to be from the Anglo-Saxon period and are now on display at the Museum of Croydon.
How interesting, the poor people though finding this in their front yard.

@kali66 Indeed! And I certainly wouldn't want to visit a fresher skeleton in a museum!
