Winter meal by rumpelstiltskin

Winter meal

This is one of the blue tits that visited my garden yesterday - there were three or four of them in the high hedge, constantly singing. According to the RSPB website, family flocks join up with other tits to search for food in Winter. Four or five blue tits at a feeder may be feeding 20 or more others. It's time to stock up on bird food for these delightful visitors.
Lots of tits, robins, black birds and thrushes at my feeders today. More fat balls on my shopping list. Love the little bits of pink showing through the branches.
