Stamp Stairs, Somerset House by rumpelstiltskin

Stamp Stairs, Somerset House

Built in the 1780s, the Stamp Stairs are five storeys high. The can be found in the South wing of Somerset House, and are named after the Stamp Office, which was responsible for taxing items such as newspapers, playing cards, lottery tickets and hair powders.
Fabulous composition and processing.
